Working with Osprey Homes, we jointly purchased the land and provided an equity injection to enable the first phase of the development, the proceeds of which were used to fund the second phase.
The scheme provided 40 houses and two flats, including 16 affordable homes. The affordable units were purchased by Everlea’s parent company at standard RP-sector prices, easing project cashflow and the sale of the affordable elements.
Profits were shared on a 50/50 basis on completion in Spring 2020.
